此科海蛞蝓很容易與Tritonia 或 Tritoniopsis 搞混
其特徵是消化系統中有胃袋，背上布滿了小球狀的凸凸
The members of Marionia are often confused with Tritionia and Tritoniopsis
All members of the family are covered with dorsal tubercles.
SP5的辨認方式為咖啡色底搭配白色，側鰓顏色比身體深
背上有一根根小小的白色網狀柱子
體長約55mm
The Marionia SP5 is covered with small white tubercles on the brown body
Secondary gills are much darker than the body with a size of 5mm
There are white reticulations on the stalks
